Comments: This is the 2nd billing period and I have no complaints. Service is good and in comparison to my bills during the same period so far I’m very pleased as the switch was worth it. Hassle free signup, bill payments and service. Thanks as we needed the savings! Great job!

Comments: As long as you don't have to communicate with the company, you are fine. Really poor customer service and the automated call center is horrible.

Comments: They send paper bills along with emails for the bill. I requested they stop sending me mail but not sure the outcome yet as im leaving this review. Still, they dont give an option, at least, online, to quit sending paper bills. When you login to their website, you immediately land on "refer your friends" page. This is quite annoying. Otherwise their site is easy to use and looks good. I think my rating is pretty much what it is, 3 stars. Meh. Renewal plans were quite expensive.

Comments: My first payment was due on 2/11. I made the payment 4 days late on 2/15 in line with my pay dates. I received a disconnection notice which included a $20 disconnection penalty. Although my service was not disconnected the $20 charge showed up on my next billing statement. I cannot believe that a company would charge a disconnect fee when a customers payment is only 4 days late and when the service was never actually disconnected. Just another way for big business to profit off their customers.

Comments: this company automatically insisted upon a deposit. I haven't paid a utility deposit in many years and I sure am not going to start now. when questioned about it they got snippy and insisted. I immediately canceled them. Never used their service but if this is any indication of customer service who needs them.

Comments: I am still waiting on second bill under my new plan too see if Frontier is doing it correctly. This most recent bill which ended with March 5 should have technically been on old plan not new plan so I am thinking they did a little combining between the two plans, I don't know. I was surprised that my bill was higher when it should have been lower, that is my concern.

Comments: This company has been OK compared to whats out there as of 01-01-2017.. I have been a bit in question on a few Kwh usage charges on a few months, however, the overall 9.5kwh I pay has been ok without any hidden TDU charges and other sneaky charges these companies try to hit customers with.

Comments: I've had Frontier Utilities twice now over the last three years. I routinely shop my electric provider at least twice per year, and find Frontier to be one of the better plan options. I would recommend Frontier to new customers with a focus on low cost. I'm not concerned so much about green energy, as this sometimes gets distorted through offset purchases, etc., I'm much more of a "show me the money" person, and Frontier has delivered.

Comments: First time signing up for a 3 month plan. Great rates and it was super easy to switch from my other provider. I've had no issues at all. If the rates are fair when it's time to renew I will definitely stay.
