Comments: So far I have been absolutely amazed by my low electric bill! I have paid for actual electricity, my bill has not been bloated by extra fees and has made a huge difference! My bill is actually lower in my new house that is old leaky and all electric over my former house that was new and energy efficient and half electric! I also have a well now. Thank You TriEagle also thanks to center point for the website to compare providers. I absolutely recommend TriEagle or at least shop and compare. No sense these big companies get rich off us.

Comments: I had TriEagle Energy as my provider for 6 months and when the time came to renew I chose to stay with them and ordered the 6 month plan at 9.5 cents per kWh. My first bill was charged at a rate of 15.2 cents per kWh. I called the company and they told me they would correct the issue and it would take about 6 weeks to correct. Once corrected, I should see a reduction on my monthly bill. I can hardly wait. FOLLOW UP: I received my next month's bill today and was credited for the 15.2 cents rate and correctly billed at the 9.4 cent rate. All it took was a simple, short phone call to correct the issue. Thank you TriEagle Energy!

Comments: Reputable company, but sent a bill after one week. Was out of town, no email bill, just in the mail. Then threatened to turn off power, all within 26 days of switching. Communication did not meet my expectations and customer service was non-existent; it's impossible to talk to a person and their pay-by-phone robot did not work. Instead of a day at the zoo with the kids, I got to spend it on my phone trying to fix this. TriEagle could not have cared less. With cheap power comes cheap tricks, beware!

Comments: I’m happy so far. It’s only been two months but the billed price per kWh is what they quoted. My bill is about the same cost per kWh as it was with the previous company but the other company’s quoted price was lower than TriEagle which makes me think there were hidden costs that were not disclosed by the other company. True Cost made the process very seamless.

Comments: Very quickly responsive when signed up and easy to work with to set up account online. TheIr rates are extremely competitive as advertised and have saved us a lot of money so far this summer. Set up of auto pay online was easy and their customer service was very helpful.

Comments: I chose this provider based on their being "green" but my bill is significantly higher than I expected. Being new to this area and moving to a new rental I probably should have gone with the cheapest provider I could find vs. attempting to be environmentally conscientious​.

Comments: Everything so far has gone smoothly after the transition of service providers. Have not had a need to contact them and therefore can't comment on customer service. Their automated email system appears to make them look very tech savvy. Hopefully, if I ever need to speak to a human, it will be an equally good experience.

Comments: The rate was the best for my usage pattern (thanks to TrueCost). I have not needed the TriEagle customer service, which is good, but I can't comment on it. Their website and auto bill is easy to use.

Comments: Awesome so far. I got the free Ecobee thermostat, but I was expecting the Ecobee 3 that I had to install myself. Instead, I got an Ecobee 4, which is Alexa compatible, which I have. I can change the temperature setting using my voice which is great. Not only did I get the updated Ecobee, the installation was done by a tech for free. I was called by a tech and he came by and installed it. Not only did he install it, but he set up the connection to Alexa. Double thumbs up. I also like the emails saying how much power I use on a daily basis. The only thing I regret is not switching to TriEagle sooner. 5+stars.

Comments: When I switched from TXU to TriEagle, TriEagle's rate per kWh was higher than what I had with TXU, but my actual monthly bills dropped by almost half. I just re-signed with a 2-year contract. I'm very happy with them.

Comments: Bills received in a timely manner. Website is easy to use and both it and the statements are easy to understand. The company charges in a simple transparent manner, i.e., there are not a lot of fees for using too much or too little electricity. Charges are reasonable.
