Comments: Great customer service and a really good weekly email on usage. The email features a graph that compares energy use "this week" versus the "previous week". The graph is very easy to read and has been very helpful in cutting down our usage.

Comments: Very good online information and billing but they charge a delivery service fee that they say is "no mark up" which last month amounted to $143.00 on top of my electric bill. So I couldn't wait to change service providers. Don't know if another provider will charge the same but I switched anyway. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Comments: I was a Reliant customer for 20 years. Got no special rates, and no green plans were available. Champion seems just as good a provider so far, and their customer service is much friendlier. They also offer 100% green plans.

Comments: I have used Champion Energy for the past 18 mos. and was more than pleased with the plan rate, as well as the phenomenal customer service they provide. Unfortunately, I had to move on to another company, due to the fact that I frequently use less than 1000 kWh per month and Champion would bill a surcharge for doing so on a new plan. For anyone using over 1000 kWh's per month, I highly recommend them.

Comments: Switch was incredibly easy. Still not enough time has passed to make good cost comparisons with previous company (Reliant), though I anticipate savings. I hope Champion will continue with green energy plans at a low cost, and for a longer period than the 8 months that was available when I switched.

Comments: I switched from TXU to Champions and was pleasantly surprised that it saved me $200.my first month. TXU called me and wanted me back but I told them I was happy with my new company. Then the man offered a $100.00 gift card and I told him I had already saved twice that much. It felt good!
