Comments: When I switched from TXU to TriEagle, TriEagle's rate per kWh was higher than what I had with TXU, but my actual monthly bills dropped by almost half. I just re-signed with a 2-year contract. I'm very happy with them.

Comments: Bills received in a timely manner. Website is easy to use and both it and the statements are easy to understand. The company charges in a simple transparent manner, i.e., there are not a lot of fees for using too much or too little electricity. Charges are reasonable.

Comments: I have used TriEagle for the past 12 months with no billing or usage discrepancies. Impressive weekly updates and good communication by email. A good experience with this company when the price is right.

Comments: TriEagle has taken something that has been corrupted by some companies who promise something in bold print, only to discover in the small print that the long term cost is radically different, and made it simple again. They offer electricity at a very competitive rate and keep you, the customer, advised weekly with a report of your energy consumption during every day of the last week. When your bill is sent, there are no surprises: the energy cost per kilowatt hour is what you signed up for and the only charges added is the stated base charge and the PUC Assessment charge. I am very pleased with this company after two months of service.

Comments: So far, TriEagle energy's Eagle plan is wonderful; low cost and reliable. Cannot speak for customer service as I have not had a need to contact them. Just hope I can stick with them next year as prices tend to rise on renewal.

Comments: I've been on the TriEagle 100% wind plan for years. I originally chose TriEagle because of the good price for 100% renewable coupled with fantastic company reviews. I've never had an issue with the service or the billing; I am paperless and exclusively use their online billing and autopay. The only time I ever had to contact customer service is when I moved and wanted to keep my plan. I was answered immediately and got everything I needed from the rep within minutes; it turns out the rates had dropped, and the rep recommended I sign a new contract. I stayed on the same product but ended up with a lower fixed price. I am extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend TriEagle!

Comments: These guys have a horrible website, mostly in regards to making payments and changing your credit card for payment. Its just a mess. You have to sign up for autopay to get a new credit card stuck in their system. There is no way you can add / remove them yourself. For example, my credit card got stolen and I had to "enter new card" each time I wanted to make a payment. Otherwise I had to sign up for autopay then call to cancel it because you cant cancel autopay through the website. I noticed today my current credit card is in their system. I dont know if they fixed it now. For the past several months my old credit card was in there. I had gone through the above example before and have just been waiting for the contract to be over to bail.

Comments: During the contract period they were ok. But when I renewed using the true cost portal they sent me a receipt indicating they were aware of new contract but didn't actually turn it on. When I called to complain about a very high rate (13.9cents) the next month they informed me I was out of contract and had record of my renewal even though I had a confirmation number. I chose to go with another company.
