Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Giving you insight into the expertise behind TrueCost

How do I write a review of my electric company?
Registered users can create reviews (you don't have to sign up for a plan to register--you just need to create an account).

Once registered, go to your My Account page.  On the right sidebar, you'll see one of two options.

Customers who purchased their plan on TrueCost can write a review of that company (in fact, we'll ask you about 60 days after you service starts about how your new company is doing).

If you want to review a company that you didn't sign up with on TrueCost, you can do that from the My Account page, too.  To ensure quality reviews from actual customers, we simply ask that you upload an electric bill along with your review.
